Join via Invite Link

Site owners can invite team members by creating a shareable invite link. When you receive an invite link, follow these steps to join the site.

Opening the Invite Link

  1. Open the invite link you received (it looks like app.elxense.com/join/xxxxxxxx)
  2. The page will show the site name and who invited you

Create Account or Sign In

Option A — Google Sign-In:

  1. Tap Sign in with Google
  2. Complete the Google sign-in flow

Option B — Create a New Account:

  1. Choose Create Account
  2. Fill in: Username, Password, Confirm Password, Email, and Phone
  3. Tap Create Account & Join

Option C — Sign In with Existing Account:

  1. Choose I Have an Account
  2. Enter your Username and Password
  3. Tap Login & Join
When you join via an invite link, you will be added as a Viewer (read-only) by default. The site owner can upgrade your permissions to Full Control from the Settings page.

After Joining

Once successfully joined, you will see a welcome message and be automatically redirected to the site dashboard.

Invite links expire after 24 hours and can only be used once. If your link has expired, ask the site owner to create a new one.
